About the Program

The Post Basic Bachelor of Science in Nursing (P.B.B.Sc Nursing) at Emmi College of Nursing is a 2-year professional degree program designed for Registered General Nurses (GNM holders) to upgrade their qualifications to a bachelor's level, as per the guidelines of the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and the respective State Nursing Council. This program combines advanced theoretical learning with extensive clinical application to deepen the understanding of nursing science, research, leadership, and community health practice, preparing nurses for specialized roles, healthcare administration, and evidence-based clinical care. Through exposure to advanced nursing concepts, students enhance their critical thinking, clinical judgment, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills while developing a comprehensive understanding of patient-centered care in a dynamic global health environment.
